Activity 1 day 3

For this Activity I have to imagine if I was a superhero and what would my 2 powers be.

Here is what I imagine.

If I was a superhero my powers would be

Freezing time- So I could save up time to do something or to save someone from falling or any other emergency's.

Strength so I can be strong and rescue people and I can be the strongest girl in history!

Speed- So I can save people really fast and do lots of laps in like a minute.

That's it!

Activity 3

For this last one i have to write down a time when i or someone I knew was brave.

The person who i will be talking about is - My Dad.

When it was guy forks. The night was dark. We were at my Nan's house. My aunt put down the fireworks. They looked really colorful and loud. My dog Bow was scared of fireworks so he would either hide under the table or bark at it or run away. Everyone was enjoying the fireworks including me. I went inside to get me something to eat and drink. My aunt put more down and they looked more cool. But on one of the  fireworks fell over towards everyone but mostly towards my cousins and my dad. My dad went to cover my cousins bravely. Luckily no on got hurt. :) That is a time when someone I knew was brave. My dad.

activity 2.

For this activity i need to make a poem about Neil Armstrong on the moon. But me as him.

Here is my poem.

I landed on the moon with a big fright.
I got our of the rocket ship and was surprised with my sight.
I took the first step and then flouted around.
The rest came while I was jumping wild.
I soon got hungry and got crazy for food.
I soon got bored. I wanted to snooze.
I looked around me and saw more planets.
I bounced away into the rocket.
Waiting for the rest then we soon went away.
In the rocket we go all the way back home.
Our journey has ended. Goodbye space.
Sooner or later we ended back without a trace.

That't it. ;-;

Sorry if it didn't make sense.

Activity 1 day 2 of 2020

So for this activity I had to compare to people to see what is the difference. Here is the story about both of these two people.

Jean Batten was a famous aviator (pilot) who was born in Rotorua, New Zealand in 1909. In the 1930's she made several record-breaking solo flights (on her own) across the world. In fact, she was the first person to fly solo from England to New Zealand - a huge achievement! She also flew a number of long solo flights between England and Australia/Brazil. When she flew, she always took a silk dress with her so that she could look beautiful at the parties she attended upon her arrival.

Amelia Earhart was an American aviator who lived at about the same time as Jean Batten. Like Jean, she also flew solo. In fact, she was the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She flew all the way from Canada to Northern Ireland on her own without stopping. In 1937, Amelia Earhart attempted to circumnavigate (go right around) the world. Unfortunately, the flight ended in tragedy when she disappeared near Holland Island, about halfway between Australia and Hawaii. She was never found.

Here is what I think the difference between these two.

Jean was famous and she flew to country to country. She made record breaking solo flights. She was born in Rotorua.

Amelia flew across Country's and the sea. And she was the first ever female to fly across the Alantic ocean. But when she tried to fly across the world she disappeared.
